As the largest ski resort development currently under construction in North America, Snowmass Base Village, is the collaboration of KSL Capital Partners, Aspen Skiing Company, and EastWest Partners. BendonAdams assisted EastWest Partners with the submittal of a Minor Amendment to a Planned Unit Development, which required a two-step review before the Town of Snowmass Village Planning Commission and Town Council. The Minor Amendment will add approximately 6,000 sf of commercial space into the ground floor plaza and is expected to add significant vibrancy to Lot 3 which will house Buildings 7 & 8. Approval was granted in January 2018 with construction beginning in Spring 2018.
