In the Spring of 2018, BendonAdams was selected by the City of Rochester, NH to work on developing a historic preservation program, historic design standards and guidelines, and conduct an infill analysis of the downtown historic area. Looking to promote maintenance and restoration or historic buildings, mixed use development in the downtown, and address concerns over commercial occupancy and missed residential opportunity, BendonAdams provided an in-depth work program addressing development incentives, downtown parking management, and partnerships.
