Throughout the Spring and Summer of 2017, BendonAdams worked with Cook Inlet Housing Authority and Municipality of Anchorage to create an innovative approach to process improvements for implementing a comprehensive housing strategy. Utilizing local award-winning experience in affordable housing policy and program development, the BendonAdams team was able to create develop a stakeholder engagement program that focused on existing processes and potential for improvements, ultimately delivering strategic recommendations on how to address and roll out changes for the comprehensive affordable housing program.
