Burlingame Ranch is an exemplary mountain town affordable housing development which has evolved through a rigorous outreach process. The project demonstrates innovative excellence in its approach to construction, design, sustainability, and land systems. BendonAdams is leading community outreach and land use entitlements for Phase III, the last phase of this master plan. This phase will add approximately 80 units into Aspen's affordable housing inventory.
