BendonAdams worked with local Architect Derek Skalko to study the land use entitlements and development potential of the lot located at 518 Smuggler for an interior remodel with minor exterior improvements. Acting as Project Managers, our team confirmed as-builts, provided a floor area and feasibility analysis, and researched the permitting potential of the proposal. Working closely with both Planning and Building Staff, our team was able to successfully guide the project through the land use application review process which included a Residential Design Standards Review.
